The Schwab Foundation recognizes that a majority of careers today require some form of education or training after high school, but that not all students must pursue a traditional four-year degree to be successful.
Once a student has connected who they are to a career interest, it is critical that the student investigates the full breadth of education or training opportunities available to attain that career outcome. Our partners have assembled a set of resources that will help educators work with students to investigate the type of training required for a career, as well as what is required for entry and success in those programs. Understanding the spectrum of options is critical as we begin to help students understand what they will eventually be required to INVEST in the training program. |
The ASK Curriculum helps activate Indiana Career Explorer to help students SELECT the education or training program that's right for them.

“I really like construction and I know this is what I want to do, so I am just glad that I can get it done while I am in High School and still learn other trades once I am done with my Carpentry CT. I plan to keep going for the full degree once and maybe start a construction business one day.”
